Florists have been very helpful with my order..My email with a query was answered straightaway.Flowers were delivered on day that was arranged. Recipient says they are beautiful. Many thanks for excellent service.

I would have given 5 stars but no confirmation of delivery was posted on website. I had to telephone both Direct2Florist and the florist itself to obtain reassurance that flowers had inded been delivered.Bluebells Ltd.'s service was efficient. I had a query, however, and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. Notwithstanding, the flowers I ordered were delivered to the right address and on time. The only glitch, though, was that the delivery was not recorded in My Account on Direct2Florist's website, though I did receive an email to that effect and a copy of that email once I had telephoned D2F - who were also helpful.
